Notice About "ASOBIMO Account" Management and Request to Change Password

"ASOBIMO Account" that requires your e-mail address (user ID) and password can be used to play Toram Online. With "ASOBIMO Account", you will be able to log in to your game data on another device (same or different OS).
Be prepared for situations such as broken or lost device by submitting your "ASOBIMO Account".
Services that require a user ID and password may be at risk of List-Based Account Hacking (Credential Stuffing), where login attempts are made by the hackers using the user IDs and passwords that may have leaked from other services.
To prevent unauthorized logins, your cooperation in the following aspects would be greatly appreciated.
１．Set a password that is different and not being used on other services.
２．Do not use a password that can be easily guessed.
If the conditions above (using the same password on other services and using easily guessed password) currently apply to you, please change your password immediately.
About Unauthorized Logins and How They Are Handled
We are constantly monitoring user access to the game and we have detected unauthorized login attempts on some ASOBIMO Accounts since January 1, 2024.
Toram Online Customer Support will reach out to affected users individually via "support@toram.jp".
We will recover as many characters and items as possible that were lost due to the unauthorized access.
However, please kindly understand that certain data are very difficult or impossible to recover due to the game system.
