We have reviewed and delivered the compensation item to the eligible players that did not receive it.

Compensation items have been sent to eligible players.
We have confirmed that "30-Day Tickets" were not activated correctly while Orb Purchase was suspended between 9/30/2019 at 10:00 PM and 10/1 at 1:30 AM (JST/GMT+9).
We are planning the following compensation for this issue.
Compensated Players
(1). Players who have at least one "30-Day Ticket" AND logged in the game when the issue was occurring.
(2). Players who purchased at least one "30-Day Ticket" in September 2019.
Compensation Content
(1). Compensated according to the tickets.
(2). Compensated according to the tickets.
