We are sorry to inform you that a problem occurred to the system after the maintenance on October 21st, 2021.
Due to this problem, the game data between October 21st at 18:40 and 19:00 (JST) had to be cleared.
All the data will be rolled back to the starting date and time of the maintenance: October 21st, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
All the Orbs, special items, items obtained from the Orb Shop including Lucky Packs, drop items, the items obtained during gameplay, and EXP will be lost.
Regarding the Paid Orbs and the Bonus Orbs which were obtained from the Orb Bonus Campaign will be sent individually after investigation.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this problem has caused.
Details of the Problem
There was an issue where the number of Orbs and certain items obtained unintentionally increases after the maintenance ended on October 21st, 2021, at 18:20 (JST).
We were investigating the cause of the problem since this issue could lead to unfairness, and found out that it takes tremendously long time to fix the entire data.
After reviewing the situation, we have decided to take the above measures in order to restore the overall game service as soon as possible.
We apologize for the customers who were playing during the 40 minutes.
We will take greater care and measures to prevent such problems.
We would also like to apologize for the long maintenance time today.
As the compensation for the rollback and long maintenance, we have sent Orb Shard x1000 to all the players.
